Head of Creative
Fantastic job for a Head of Creative to join a fast paced financial services business, based on the M4 corridor in Berkshire.
The business is highly ambitious and is looking to develop and launch a variety of new financial services brands and products in the coming years. One of the keys to delivering on this agenda is an exciting creative narrative that touches a wide range of customer channel including TV, DM, digital and print. As such, they are looking for a new entrepreneurial Head of Creative to join their team.
The role of the Head of Creative will be to take the lead on the end-to-end development of creative across all marketing channels – TV, direct mail, print, paid digital, content, website, CRM and more. Working in a start-up environment, the right person will be comfortable driving the creative and communication strategy but also happy getting their hands dirty creating actual design assets. The Head of Creative will also play a lead role in defining brand strategy, propositions & positioning as our clients launches new products and brands.
As such to be the right fit, you will have experience working across the full spectrum of communication and creative development – developing the brief, planning the strategy, concept development, production, artwork, copy-writing and more. You’ll have experience of leading an in-house creative function, ideally in a lean or start up environment and experience of performance /DR marketing communications and creative development. You’ll also have a portfolio demonstrating your ability to work across a broad mix of marketing channels including TV, print, digital and web, from concept right through to production.
