Insight Manager - quant & analytics
Major Players seek an ambitious Insights Manager to join a strategic cultural insights consultancy working across a range of high profile accounts. Starting ASAP and paying up to £55k.
Our client is a medium sized, award winning insights and strategy agency at the top of their game working with some of the world's most exciting brands. They have been around for just over 10 years and now boast a roaster of high profile, global clients across tech, fashion, FS and media amongst others. Whilst they predominately use qualitative methods, they also have a quant and insights function which they are now looking to grow and develop. They are a friendly and hardworking team who are excited about their promising future.
They now seek an Insight Manager, who will lead the incorporation of data insights into their offering to clients when tackling a brief. You will be focusing on campaign analysis and will pull insights from a range of data sources which will then feed into research design, approach and segmentation. This role is a new proposition to the company so you will be able to advise how best the company can apply analytics to their briefs and really make your mark.
You will have a broad experience across research analytics and will be comfortable using quantitative methodologies and analytical tools, happy to advise how best to apply analytics. You will be a self-starter and happy to work autonomously, but also happy to collaborate and guide the wider team where needed. You will be naturally inquisitive with an analytical yet creative mind, able to think about new and compelling ways to present work and craft stories.
