This is an agency with the wind in its sails....they are top of the new biz league and really looking for the best talent in the industry to join them at their amazing central location.

* They have developed one strategy hub allowing them to operate across the full strategy spectrum - a fundamental given the variety of businesses challenges they are asked to solve across our diverse client base.

* The strategy team is made up of a mixture of integrated communications strategists and deep specialist disciplines like CRM, loyalty and experience design.

* A number of new business wins over the course of the last few months has given them the opportunity to enhance and augment the department.

The Strategy Director sits at the heart of the Iris client team alongside a Managing Partner and Creative Director.

You will play the lead day to day strategic role on a key account, for whom they are lead strategic agency across digital distribution, platforms and services, as well as customer comms, loyalty and digital acquisition. You will be expected to lead the charge and operate at a senior client level.

In addition, you'll get the opportunity to work on smaller projects and new business pitches to complement this core accounts.

The fundamental requirement is to own the strategic process from briefing, through research and idea development to creative execution.

You will work closely alongside the wider account team and creative CX and design specialists strategists, as well as having access to other strategy specialists and analysts when needed to develop fully rounded thinking and actionable strategies that will deliver real forward progression in their clients' businesses.

You'll need to be a great collaborator and, both within the agency, but also providing strategic leadership to Digital Product Owners and Blended Client/Tech Agency Development.

Experience of working in agile teams and in blended client and agency teams would be beneficial.
