Customer Success Manager - £35,000-£40,000 - London

THE COMPANY
This innovative company have created the largest and most accurate digital city model. This revolutionary tool is changing the UK market, it's a really exciting place to be. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own key public sector accounts.

THE ROLE
This new role on the Customer Success Team will involve expanding services within the public sector. Day to day, the role will involve:
- taking responsibility for the relationship and renewals of all public sector clients
- creating and delivering bespoke training sessions for clients
- organising webinars
- managing an online forum, driving interesting online debates
- offering and coordinating key event support to all clients, and representing the company at events
- creating best practice workflow documentation

YOU
To be considered for this role you MUST HAVE:
- strong customer/client management experience within the IT sector
- experience handling renewals and client relations
- ideally, a planning, architecture or development background - although not essential
