Experienced and skilled Digital Project Manager required for a fixed-term period to manage a special project.

Digital Project Manager - 9 month contract - £35,604 pro rata - Greater London

THE COMPANY
Our client is a cultural institute located on Bishopsgate, in the heart of London. Established in 1895, it offers a cultural events programme, education courses for adults, historic library and archive collection, and community programme.

THE ROLE
As Digital Project Manager you will be responsible for a key project to develop, deliver and implement an integrated website, box office and CRM system.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-Reviewing new website and ticketing system tender, developing project plan, timeline and budget
- Leading the tender process to secure outside contractors to deliver the project
- Managing relationships and relevant stakeholders
- Developing and implementing all associated project plans and timelines, minimising risk to business as usual
- Supporting team members on website technical structure, design and aesthetics
- Monitoring and reporting on the project's budget with support from the Finance Business Partner
- Conducting project evaluation and prepare follow up recommendations

YOU
To be considered for the role of Digital Project Manager you must have:
- A strong track record of success in project management to deliver websites, box office systems and CRM systems to brief, schedule and budget
- Demonstrable evidence of success leading project teams
-Experience in managing the integration of other software systems within web development projects
- Excellent skills in scheduling, planning, project and contract management, budget management, forecasting and administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English
- Work flexibly and responsibly to effectively manage workload and ensure the provision of a 7-day-per-week service to the public as required
