Central London based agency looking for a mid/senior multi-disciplinary designer to join them at an extremely exciting stage of their journey as they navigate through their next phase of growth.

We’re looking for someone that’s a designer at heart but with a passion that extends beyond that. You understand the importance of strategy and ideas and know exactly how to bring that to life with design. You’re multi-disciplinary and comfortable with expressing your solutions across any media. You might have worked in a traditional creative or digital agency throughout the years, but you've got an urge to move on to something a little bit different.

We’re looking for someone with these qualities:
•    A strategic mind, a passion for design, data, insight & an ability to balance creative & commercial
•    Experience of producing disruptive and genre defining visuals and brand work for either a creative agency, or an in-house design team for a major brand
•    You are able to come up with highly effective creative ideas and can execute them across multiple media formats
•    You have a portfolio that displays an excellent track record of inventive and compelling creative work across several industries
•    You have excellent design skills, both in the concept and production phases
•    Confident working on both still and moving images, with multimedia skills (stills photograph, video shooting & editing)
•    Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Ideally you will have experience working with Premiere/After Effects and Motion Graphics
•    Expertise in Keynote
•    Have a good understanding of the role of brand and industry, market awareness and strategic business goals
•    You have a strong knowledge around emerging trends across the culture, fashion, lifestyle and luxury sectors
•    An understanding of the multiple formats for various digital platforms as well as print. Able to input and work independently with the ideation, creative development and hands on creation of campaign videos, digital tool kits, pitching etc

•    Internal teams on a daily basis to bring ideas and opportunities to life in the most relevant and exciting way and have a positive impact on the most relevant audiences
•    External creative partners to ensure we have the right people collaborating with us on the most relevant projects to ensure we realise our solutions in the best way possible
•    Brand Partners to develop a solid understanding of all aspects of the brand and an ongoing partnership with the key people in the brand teams
