Based in Southampton for an electronics manufacturer, you will be responsible for all Marcoms.

Marketing Communications Manager - 8 weeks - £200 per day - Hampshire

THE COMPANY
Based in Southampton, this company has been going for over 40 years and is one of the world's leading manufacturers of electrical heating devices.

THE ROLE
- Develop and implement a rolling 12 month integrated marketing communications plan in order to meet planned growth requirements of the Distribution channel.
- Ensure KPI's are in place for external suppliers in order to achieve best value and on time delivery of all campaigns and projects.
- Undertake relevant research to help identify the right channels for the audience segments (as defined by the channel marketing plans) you will be targeting to ensure effective spend of the allocated budget.
- Consult with key stakeholders to ensure new products are launched on time to the market and internally across the business
- Develop the event programme for the channel, ensuring all events are aligned to the delivery of the channel and business objectives, brief the Events Executive so they can deliver the event.
- Ensure all activities adhere to relevant brand guidelines as we strive to achieve consistent brand look and feel globally.
- Contribute to the internal communications programme, ensuring colleagues across all sites are kept up to date on relevant activities.
- Budget planning - accountable for setting, managing and reporting the Marcoms budget for the channel

YOU
- Degree in marketing or professional qualification in marketing
- First class marketing planning and communications skills gained in a fast paced work environment.
- Experience of managing multiple external agencies
- Experience of prioritising and managing multiple projects at once
- Strong analysis and numerical skills with experience of reporting on marketing ROI
- Commercially astute with a market orientated focus
- Stakeholder management - extensive experience of effectively managing multiple stakeholders
- Extensive experience of managing CRM systems
- Excellent written command of the English language
- Confident presentation skills for large and small audiences, internally & externally
