Customer Systems Operations Analyst - The Role
As a Customer Systems Operations Analyst, you will be helping the Customer Insights Operations team to implement new solutions and processes in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to facilitators and wider teams. The role will be supporting the Rewards Programme Operationally, providing 1st and 2nd line support as well as testing solutions and new initiatives.
This role will be working with stakeholders on all levels and related to third parties to define, document business processes and requirements for new/existing initiatives, while assisting with the business case, planning, monitoring, organising requirements and translating, communication and simplifying requirements
Customer Systems Operations Analyst - Key Skills
* The role is fast paced so you must be adaptable to change and skilled in multi-tasking
* Experience in SQL is strongly preferred
* Experience in Excel is strongly preferred
