Account Director, creative agency, integrated work
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Director to come into a business and really shine. The Account Director will have some great exposure at this agency, reporting into the CEO and you'll manage a Senior Account Manager and an Account Executive.
This agency is full of talented people, an offshoot of one of the best creative agencies in town, and it's lead by some great leaders. They transform brands, lead and direct, working in partnership with the senior management team and founders of these businesses. The Account Director will play an integral role at this agency, and you'll gain some great exposure. We need an Account Director who have a voice, an opinion, is capable of leading their own projects and delivering to the highest level.
The Account Director will work on this brand that is truly disrupting its category, it's making a big noise, and the sector is taking note and listening to what they are doing and saying. The agency has been instrumental in putting this brands in the map in the UK, and it's now expanding at a global level. The Account Director will lead the business in the UK, and work alongside the UK team internally and externally, so the senior management can concentrate on global expansion. The Account Director will of course be involved with the global development too.
We are looking for an Account Director who is team player, and you'll be someone who us very buttoned down. The Account Director must have very strong integrated experience - someone who understands brand and advertising, can talk content and social, gets customer acquisition and customer experience. We are asking for a lot, but the client works across all channels and we need an Account Director who can work across all channels from a strategic and creative point of view. The Account Director will be a key figure within the agency, you'll work with the team, but you must be able to work on your own with little hand-holding. We need an Account Director who has a creative and strategic view point, someone who is super confident, smart and driven and you must be able to hold your own. The Account Director needs to have a view point, you'll be passionate about brands and making stand out creative work too.
