Creative Services Manager - client side
A newly created role has arisen, client side, for a Creative Services Manager to help shape this new creative services department. The company are a leader within their industry and are entrepreneurial and innovative with an award-winning Digital and Marketing team.

The Creative Services Manager will lead the creative delivery of our new in-house studio. This exciting newly created role will cover creative production across some of the world’s most best loved products.
You will be key to shaping the studio vision and selling it in to the wider business. You will develop best practice and be responsible for ensuring that the studio is run to budget. You will do this across an exciting range of creative projects for on and offline; social, experiential, wherever you might expect to find our products.
In order to reach our ambitions for doing killer creative we expect you to take an active role in foster an inspiring, creative and collaborative environment, with a real can do attitude.
We believe in empowering people to do their job so you will operate with a large degree of autonomy, interacting with senior and exec level stakeholders in order to manage and develop the studio and its resource.
The role is new so it is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and passionate individual to have influence and create something that has a real impact.
You will join an existing team of marketers who are all seeking to push the boundaries and do great work.
You are digital-first, obsessed with the inner-workings of the creative process and incredibly organised. Have a good understanding of the latest and greatest production methods with the ambition of helping the team create a culturally relevant visual language in an efficient way. You are following pop-culture and the arts scene and able to contribute your knowledge back to the team in an inspiring and helpful way. As a key member of the team who represents the Studio you are always pushing for the highest standard, so we don’t let our internal stakeholders down. You’re also a great communicator who can manage expectations and able to push back when and where required. You love collaborating with people and are excited by finding solutions and just generally, making it happen!
We have big data ambitions and are constantly exploring new tech that will help our audiences live a more convivial life. We are seeking someone who wants to push the boundaries and isn’t afraid to test and learn.
Assessing resources needs - ability to work out how we can maximise resource, recruit accordingly and mitigate bottle necks
Providing production guidance
Plain delivery schedules
Educate the wider team on how best to interact with The Studio and how to brief and plan properly
Negotiating with suppliers and partners
QA and ensuring the there is a feedback loop in-place between The Studio and stakeholders
Reporting and progress of all work and any anticipated deviations from planned timeline
Budget management – collaborating with finance and key stakeholders on financials
Project management, highly organised!
