Principal Objective(s):

To impact commercial decisions within the business by identifying and analysing customer insights, in order to support the Brand Managers and Head of Brand.

Job Content (Specific):

1.To assemble and analyse weekly reports relating to the EPOS tracker as well as conducting and reporting on a full review on a quarterly basis.
2.
To complete retail pricing audits.

3.To conduct category reviews and Dunnhumby reviews on a quarterly basis as well as conducting seasonal reviews (e.g. Easter, Christmas, etc) when required.

4.To create a monthly business dashboard comprising key commercial indicators.

5.To create a full market overview to present to the senior team on a bi-annual basis as well as delivering presentations to the customer as and when required.

6.To own and deliver all externally commissioned market research projects.

7.To control the market data budget (Kantar, Dunnhumby, Retailer EPOS, IGD).

8.To analyse and report on online survey results.

9.To conduct gap analysis reviews.

10.To manage, maintain and develop the competitor database.

11.To provide insights, data, financial summaries to the product strategy team on a regular basis.

12.To track and report on marketing campaigns.

13.To report on the VEND 3 year growth horizon.

14.To provide data and insights analysis on foodservice.

Person Specification:

1.Educated to degree standard in a Marketing-related subject.

2.'Cast Iron' organisational and admin skills including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

3.Notable professional experience in market research/data insight analysis with a solid background in leading various methods of research and market data analysis.

4.Experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.

5.Confident, personable, enthusiastic and energetic, taking pride in everything they do with specific strengths in creative problem solving and a strong business acumen.
