Client Relationship Manager - The Agency
My client is independent specialist promotions agencies who have been established for around 15 years. They work over a variety of mediums to creative exciting Promotion, Competitions, Prize Draws and Instant Wins for a wide variety of clients ranging from FMCG to Fashion and Finance working with both creative/ PR & digital agencies and directly with brands.
Client Relationship Manager - The Role
As Client relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing 40-60 accounts at a time so being able to stay on top of your work is a fast paced environment is super important.
You'll be working closely with the new business team to look after qualified leads and nature them into ongoing accounts as well as growing your existing client base, consulting and offering them then best possible services.
Client Relationship Manager - The Skill Set
To be considered for this role, you must be working as an account/relationship manager within a creative agency.
- Using expert knowledge to consult clients on how to achieve their goals
- Gaining clients trust and building strong relationships with them
- Taking a genuine interest in projects and market knowledge
- Strong multi tasking skills are essential
- Striving to meet KPIs and targets
Although this is a Client Relationship Manager role, some targets and KPIs will be tracked.
