Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager - Independent Insights Agency - Central London - up to 38K plus excellent bonus scheme.
My client is an award winning independent agency at the heart of the West End who master storytelling for the world's most exciting brands, delivering insights which inspire action.
They have an incredible client list and are looking to expand this list and are seeking to add an enthusiastic New Business professional to their London office, responsible for targeting new clients within the UK.
*Proactively target new clients and set up relevant, high quality introductory meetings in the UK
*Creatively find the best route into target organisations, feeding our growth strategy for 2019 and beyond
*Monitor trade press for relevant news to our target list
*Work with Senior Directors and prepare them for meeting new clients.
*Managing the CRM database, producing and sharing productivity reports
*Solid experience in a front-line business development role, ideally from a marketing or research agency or a New Business consultancy
*Active interest in marketing research and insights
*Results-driven and passionate about pursuing a career in Business Development
*Proactive - identify which targeting strategies work or don't work
*Bright and highly articulate
*Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
*A highly organised multi-tasker, accustomed to prioritising tasks and juggling a broad range of responsibilities
This role has a lot of scope and eventually will lead to conducting direct face to face meetings with clients.
