This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager with solid agency experience, ideally working in CRM, digital or data.
This agency has recently won this great client, a huge FMCG brand and they're looking for an Account Manager who will work closely with the Business Director to help lead this business. There's lots of headroom for the Account Manager to grow in this role, and you'll work across some great projects.
The Account Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day relationship between the agency and client brands, ensuring that all client activity is delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest possible standard of service. We are looking for an Account Manager who has solid agency experience and someone who is used to leading projects.
You will be an Account Manager who has a good understanding of CRM and digital marketing, your interest and ambition should stretch beyond traditional brand communications and you will be driven by a fascination with people; understanding their needs and behaviours in order to produce more relevant communications and experiences. The Account Manager should have previous experience in these areas, or at least an interest and willingness to learn. This is a fascinating area for brands, and more and more money is spent here, so any Account Manager coming into this agency will certainly be future proofing themselves.
With key focus on data driven strategies and precision marketing, the Account Manager will work seamlessly with the data, analytics and tech team to deliver informed and successful campaigns. This work will also run across social and content too, so the Account Manager will be making film and content, as well as running CRM led campaigns.
The Account Manager will work with the BD, and will have responsibility for managing and growing the account, the client relationships and the financial performance of the business. You will hold yourself and your team to the highest possible standards, settling for nothing less than brilliant service and flawless delivery. We are looking for an Account Manager who prides themselves on making brilliant work, that delivers brand objectives.
The Account Manager will be a self-starter with an inclusive approach and boundless energy and determination. The Account Manager will work with colleagues in the agency make things happen. The Account Manager would be expected to roll up their sleeves and support the team to get the job done.
We are looking for an Account Manager with at least 2 - 3 years agency experience. The Account Manager must be strategic and creative, with a smart head on their shoulders. The Account Manager must have excellent attention to detail and you'll be super organised.
