Head of B2B Marketing, St Albans -

A newly created opportunity for a B2B focused Head of Marketing has become available to join a highly regarded organisation operating within the technology sector. With an impressive career history of leading from the front, this role requires someone who has a solid understanding of the B2B printing industry. Working on a Pan European basis, this role will see you working with senior board members, providing your specialist expertise to ensure the companies strategic stance is in line with company objectives and visions for the future.

Reporting into a key Director within the business and managing a team of six, you will be an exceptional team leader. Some of your key duties will include having full ownership and management of the both the short and long term marketing plan; planning and executing all marketing activity across all channels, including large scale events; driving lead generation activity; managing internal stakeholders and working closely with other relevant teams, particularly CRM; put appropriate steps in place in order to maximise customer retention; work with a wide range of external networks in order to drive partnership marketing strategy; make it priority to gain an in-depth understanding of what the organisation stands for, its customers and their challenges, as well as the range of products on services that they offer.

The ideal candidate will ideally come from a solid B2B tech background as well as being able to evidence success when driving large scale marketing campaigns whilst managing and mentoring a team. The role requires a commercially minded individual with excellent presentation skills, a pro-active, passionate and driven approach, and a proven collaborator who is able to manage and influence multiple internal stakeholders at all levels.

In return, you will receive an excellent remuneration package including car allowance (more details available on application) and have the opportunity to create campaigns that market into one of the UKs largest sectors.

Due to the location of the role it is commutable from Bushy, Watford, Borehamwood, London, Rickmansworth, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield, Potters Bar and St Albans, to name a few.
