This particular role is for a Marketing & New Business Director to work within their consultancy and digital transformation arm. Ideally we are looking for a Marketing & New Business Director who has worked in the top 4 consultancies, or at least has had some experience working in a digital transformation or consultancy business.

We are looking for a Marketing and New Business Development Director who can help lead this arm of the consultancy business.
The Marketing & New Business Director will act as primary contact point for marketing and new business activities for the consultancy. The Marketing & New Business Director Design and manage the Marketing plan and will define the consultancy's related PR, Awards, Website, Social etc in coordination with the Head of Brand.
The Marketing & New Business Director will define the consultancy's related events, client/prospecting campaigns and relationship management activities in coordination with the Head of Relationships.
We are keen to speak to a Marketing & New Business Director who can help promote and sell the consultancy's technical consulting services (with support from a New Business Executive) with a hands-on involvement in new business/prospecting activities; (networking events, cold-calling campaigns etc.)
The Marketing & New Business Director will identify target clients/prospects (75%) and explore existing client base for opportunities to up-sell additional service lines (25%)
The Marketing & New Business Director will support the design and management of the new business strategy as well as campaigns/approaches to develop sales opportunities. You will be a Marketing & New Business Director who manages inbound new business opportunities and work with the team as appropriate.
The Marketing & New Business Director will ensure the CRM database is being used effectively across the business, and you will maintain accurate records of new business activity for the consultancy and creation of performance reports.
The ideal Marketing & New Business Director would have a mixture of sales and marketing experience in a consulting environment. It would be a bonus if they had an understanding of technology and data.
Ideally we are looking for a Marketing & New Business Director with around 8 - 10 years experience.
