Our client is an in-house creative agency based in West of London (30 mins from Waterloo).

They are over 100 people strong including a large creative and copywriting team, digital developers, print artworkers and a Quality Control team. 

Previously a production studio but over the last few years they’ve grown and built a great reputation for delivering creative work across all below-the-line media, including email, digital, press, print and social. 

We’re constantly pushing the technical and creative boundaries to develop the best possible work that achieves the best response. We’ve built a close relationship with the internal stakeholders and marketing departments, either taking creative briefs directly, or working closely the external agencies to deliver campaigns across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Design Lead you’ll be an integral part of a growing creative agency.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an enthusiasm and aptitude for understanding and evolving the visual language of the agency’s key client brands.

They will be able to create designs across platforms and channels, both print and pixel, that are well-crafted, well thought through and deliver on-brand but fundamentally are always right before they leave the creative department. 

They will be an eternally curious designer who loves what they do and is prepared to put in the hard yards to understand how their designs impact a customer’s world and the business challenge.

They will be adept in designing across a range of devices and channels, predominantly email and mobile, but also Direct Mail.

They will have the desire to push the boundaries, always looking to go further and demonstrate how their design can be explored within the medium.

They will be part of a thriving, buoyant department, working closely with account teams, creative teams, and the Head of Production, pushing their designs and making sure that they deliver best-in-class creative.
