Conference Producers! Exciting permanent role in the Conference & Events Team of a leading membership association!
A highly regarded business membership and qualifying association based in the heart of central London are looking for a mid-level Conference Producer to join their talented team of Conference Producers and Event Managers.
This Conference Producer role involves working on the content, research and development of a programme of UK (mostly London) events across all formats including conferences, CPD events, training days, networking events, roundtables, workshops, talks & seminars.
You'll be one of two Conference Producers (both reporting in to the Head of Events) and both of you will be working closely with the marketing team, policy department and the logistics & operations team although your remit and focus will be purely on the "Conference production" side.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Research topics & content
- Sourcing speakers
- Programme development
- Conference production
- Project management
- Copy writing
- Monitoring target delegate numbers
- Sponsor liaison
- Budget management
- Developing & launching new conferences & training courses.
You'll be a strong researcher with high quality copy writing expertise and a conference production or content production background (minimum of 2-3 years in a B2B environment).
An excellent standard of written English is vital as is experience in producing and developing content led conferences & events for professional markets including research, topic & content generation, speaker sourcing, conference production, programme development and copy writing.
This is an excellent permanent role for a Conference Producer with strong research, content and topic development experience who is looking to work within a professional membership body environment!
