We have an opportunity for someone to join the Digital Development team as Product Lead for the consumer website of a one of the worlds most prestigious book publishing houses.
In this role, you'll be responsible for balancing needs of both the consumer and the business to prioritise features with a focus on our authors and their audiences.
Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for defining and prioritising the product roadmap, leading the development team in an agile environment, and collaborating with Content, Marketing and Technology teams to ensure the successful implementation of each product release. You will work closely with UX and Design when researching and building new features, and communicate the product vision and business requirements to developers and guide them whilst in development.
You'll use your communication skills to be clear around purpose and translate ideas into coherent stories for development. Working closely with your colleagues in Digital Development and Audiences & Audio, you'll gather consensus in order to deliver product development and enhancements, and will be responsible for deciding on the feature mix to deliver commercial value to the business.

- You'll be able to share your experience of being a Product Lead in a client-side role, with experience of product P&L responsibility.You'll be used to working with and driving forward Agile methodology, with a good working knowledge of Jira and MVP.You will also have experience of line management.
