An independent creative agency in Norwich is on the hunt for a mid-weight Strategist to join their team.

If you’re fascinated by brands and communications, by people, culture and creativity and if you have a solid track record as a design or advertising agency strategist, then we’d love to talk to you.

So, what’s involved?

  • You’ll need to blend innate curiosity with critical thinking, distilling complex situations into actionable plans of attack.
  • You’ll need to quickly understand the landscape of your client’s world, researching competitors, industry trends and insights and then articulating your approach and presenting a way forward.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy you’ll work closely with creative teams and client services at every stage, from initial pitches through to live campaigns and beyond.
  • It’s a small team and you’ll definitely get the chance to grow your experience and make your mark, helping to define the strategy department in the agency.

The agency itself is tight-knit and fast-growing, busy with an enviable client list and developing an award-winning reputation for creative work.  They describe themselves as a family business and place a huge emphasis on a culture that pushes for the best work possible, but that is also relaxed, honest and close. They’re super proud to be a part to the creative community of Norwich, and whilst they work with a range of national organisations and brands, they endeavour to balance that work with projects for small and local businesses and charities too.

Norwich is one of the most on-the-rise cities in the UK. It regularly features in the Sunday Times Top 10 Best Places to Live, and is home to hundreds of creative small businesses, independent brands, shops, clubs, gig-spots, craft breweries and bars set amongst its winding alleys and open-air market. Not to mention the beautiful broads, forests and empty coastline for some peace and quiet. Housing is affordable and the schools are great – it’s a good place to be.
