Based in Soho, this award-winning digital and social content marketing agency specialises in social, storytelling and video.
The role and client
The agency is looking for a motivated self-starter to take on the role of helping to manage the UK social content channels for a highly creative, dynamic and famous global beverage client.
The agency is seeking a Content & Community Manager with a curious mind; a digital native who lives and breathes the ins and outs of social media and has a passion for great work. You should also have the enthusiasm and energy to get stuck into a role that will offer bags of experience and hands-on learning.
Armed with relevant experience, you pride yourself on high standards, impressing those around you with the latest social trends, and are at ease talking about content and social campaigns in front of people.

The community management will be for multiple brands, across multiple channels. You will be working in a tight-knit team, where everyone shares responsibilities.
You will manage day-to-day social media channel and community activity, including scheduling, uploading and monitoring content campaigns (mostly with paid support).
A totally dependable ‘safe pair of hands’, you have an eye for detail and quality control.
You will work with Content Managers, client leads and planning teams to both write copy and help produce social reports.
Knowledge of Sprinklr is beneficial but not essential as training will be given.
As someone who understands the power of one good tweet, you will help to develop ideas and seize opportunities, bringing energy, creativity and proactivity to the role.
Must-have experience, qualities and skills
The agency only hires people who care passionately about what they do, love it, enjoy it and are prepared to go the extra mile to surprise and delight their clients.
Alongside impeccable community management skills, you will need to demonstrate a desire to learn how creative, insights and strategy all work together to form best-in-class social marketing.
The agency will expect you to be able to write your own elegant PPT, use Excel like a native, present like a pro and be confident contributing to client and agency meetings.
The agency works hard but also plays hard. Its Community Managers are completely in tune with culture, with the ability to identify opportunities or trends and how they can work for a brand on social media.
This includes everything from spotting a trending topic or meme online, to identifying cultural movements or issues that are relevant to a brands audience or marketing goals.
Salary and good bits
Starting ASAP, the salary is up to £40k and benefits include 25 days’ holiday and your birthday off.
