Marketing Executive, Luxury Hospitality, £30,000 - £33,000, West London

As Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for maximizing the impact of all marketing channels by helping to execute the marketing plan, build brand awareness and develop intelligent lead generation strategies across multiple channels.  

You will work closely with the Product and Sales teams, under the direction of the Marketing Manager, to execute traffic-driving lead generation and nurture campaigns through digital marketing, trade shows, PR, and bespoke marketing activities with our trade and distributor partners.  

This is an exciting time for the business and they're currently in a period of extreme high-growth so it's a great time to join! This role provides an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious Marketing Assistant wanting to take the next step in their career.  

With a desire to make things happen, outstanding copywriting skills, and broad digital expertise across the marketing mix, the Marketing Exec will drive high quality leads to the sales team, directly from marketing campaigns.  

About the role:

  • Execute successful campaigns around new product launches and generate inbound leads
  • Pull key insights and analysis from marketing and customer data to identify trends and help execute an informed and strategic marketing plan
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across EDM’s, social media, website, paid digital media, trade shows and through distributors’ marketing channels
  • Develop and execute ideas for traffic driving initiatives, analyse results and build recommendations for future programs

About you:

  • You'll be a commercially minded, able to build strong relationships with the team across all departments
  • You will deliver innovative, impactful and successful product launches and brand campaigns
  • You will work well under pressure and be relentless in your drive to deliver on plan and maximize profit for the business
  • With knowledge of G-suite (GA, GTM, Search Console), and with experience in email marketing and social scheduling platforms, you will be striving to become a digitally-savvy marketer with a curious, data-driven mind
