Do you have strong digital marketing expertise to manage the trading of this website? The site has seen significant growth over the last 2 years and they are looking for someone exceptional to join their fun, dynamic and passionate team.

This is a disruptive company that is changing the way people discover and shop for beauty. They combine a personalised subscription service that delivers high-end samples directly to their members with an online magazine and ecommerce shop. Their platform provides their brand partners with a more effective way to access customers.

Reporting to the UK Marketing Director your responsibilities will include:
- Define and manage their ecommerce marketing strategy and performance as well as on-site assets and marketing copy
- Plan monthly ecommerce campaigns across CRM, digital and other media
- Measure, test, analyse and report weekly and monthly ecommerce sales
ROI of new initiatives as well as qualitative learnings to fuel future ideas and continuous improvement (using Google Analytics, Looker, SQL, Magento)
- Work collaboratively with PR, Social, Editorial, Creative, Brand and Tech teams to deliver integrated, impactful monthly ecommerce campaigns with engaging content that drive demand for full-size product;
- Liaise with Operations & Customer Service to ensure effective and efficient support for ecommerce marketing initiatives and limit customer confusion / outreach
- Work collaboratively with merchandising team to develop compelling offers and promotions to drive demand

Your qualifications should include:
- Educated to degree level
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing for an ecommerce business
- Experience managing a large marketing budget and optimising CPA across paid channels
- People / team management experience
- Proficiency with Excel and strong analytical skills required
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and SQL preferred
- UK beauty industry expertise preferred
