An international cosmetic company is looking to recruit a Creative Lead to join their brand at a time of exciting change & growth. You will be responsible for conceptualising, designing & art directing high quality campaigns, utilising your knowledge of 360 omnichannel customer journeys.

You will be working closely with the Head of Creative and other stakeholders and be solely responsible for presenting new ideas and guaranteeing the brands message is disruptive but concise. You will be liaising with other creative teams (Digital, Content, VM, Store Design) to execute ideas that supports the brands purpose and establish strong creative ideas.

With ongoing plans to expand their global estate of stores, you will be building on relationships to ensure global consistency across all global touch points and ensuring all design projects are strong. Creating and launching disruptive campaigns will be at the heart of what you do, strong story-telling ability is a must and being able to implement design activity that will meet corporate objectives.

The right candidate for this role needs to be an exceptional communicator and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. It is vital that you have been in a Senior Design role within a retail brand before and have experience leading a team. You will need to have proven experience in digital design & executing and delivering photoshoots.
