SENIOR BRAND MANAGER - BOL Foods

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our team. You'll report into the Founder & CEO Paul Brown to help creatively shape & execute the next chapter of our brand across all consumer touchpoints.

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager with 3-5 years' experience in brand marketing, extensive experience in project management and past people leadership experience under their belt. It would be a bonus for this person to have also had start-up experience in an FMCG food & drink business. The candidate should be brimming with creative ideas to help take the brand to the next level through awesome plant-based innovation and landing award winning marketing campaigns.

THE ROLE
*Strategic lead for the BOL brand
*Love to write creative briefs & business cases based on category and consumer data
*Obsessive about quality and making the brand across all assets look authentic and truly beautiful across all touchpoints
*Strategic and executional lead for the hugely exciting plant-based innovation pipe
*Through the line creative & campaign management (including management of agencies and P&L)
*Team lead and people management responsibilities (including creative team, innovation pipe, production partners and portfolio team)
*Key brand support for Commercial team & in particular supporting 'Top 4 Grocery' big meetings

REQUIREMENTS
*Used to taking on projects from scratch & have ability to juggle a large workload & meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Proven project management skills with extensive end to end management of new product development
*Brand management experience, including new product development, existing product development and brand design details
*Activation experience: from events, to OOH advertising, retail activations and digital campaigns
*Understanding of e-commerce and activating across partner sites and the brands.
*Management experience of direct team.
*Attention to detail & excellent presentation skills
*Highly motivated, positive attitude with ability to work in fast pace whilst maintaining a high quality of output
*Interest in food / the category or ability to become immersed in our world
