This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join an outstanding, values driven creative agency in the heart of Manchester. You will be responsible for two key accounts in the agency (both B2C) and will be the bridge between client and agency - sharing insights, ideas and enthusiasm for their business. You will oversee all projects on a day-to-day basis and drive them to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly and achieves maximum potential.

This agency is very well known in the industry for their roster of well-known brand and retail clients, but what many don't know is that they are one of the leading specialists in Behaviour Economics. This behavioural-led thinking is driven by a unique business model, enabling them to really understand and influence consumer behaviour.

You should have:


●Experience of working in a marketing communications agency
●Be an existing AM/SAM looking for a challenge.
●A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
●Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism in every interaction.
●Can demonstrate a quality focus in their work with a keen attention to detail
●Can demonstrate a full awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platforms
●The passion to note relevant trends and develop ideas
●Good commercial and financial acumen
●Resilient and able to work well under pressure
●A desire to learn about behavioural economics


●Previous experience of working with clients from within B2B and B2C environments
●Previous experience of managing TV and photography production would be an advantage
