Digital Manager - Global, near Banbury -

This is a newly created and key operational role operating within the head office function of this global business where the successful candidate will be hands-on with regard to managing and running the day-to-day performance of the websites, project managing and prioritising internal requests from a variety of stakeholders and developing the digital roadmap to deliver consistently high quality user experience.

Building strong and collaborative working relationships on a global scale with Marketing, IT and external agencies, you will manage the smooth delivery of projects with the help of third party technical developers; Own and implement the global web operations processes and procedures; lead and manage the CMS; lead the development of the global SEM strategy; act as the point of contact for all things related to digital and web content management; support the continued development of the content strategy; Develop the web operational KPI's and develop systems to report and monitor performance; Own the digital service desk ensuring that requirements are understood by both delivery and stakeholder functions.

This role would suit a self-motivated and hands-on individual with strong stakeholder management skills who can bring processes and alignment to the digital operations within this global business. You will need to have several years' in-depth CMS experience and be a well organised individual with the ability to multi-task and project manage to budget and timescales in what is a busy and demanding environment.

As you will be managing multiple digital initiatives you will need to have a good awareness of core digital channels including SEO, PPC, social, email, etc. however, you don't need to be a fully-fledged expert!

Note that whilst this role is based at head office near Banbury, remote/home working will be available on a one or two day per week basis. Due to the location of their office, it is strongly preferable that you have access to your own transport.
