Are you a B2B Event Manager with a passion for building a corporate brand and engaging audiences through events?

Event Manager - Up to £45,000 - London

You will work for a fabulous property company in Central London with high profile clients and portfolios.

Key responsibilities include
- planning and implementing events which are creative, engaging and delivered to the highest standard, ranging from 200-person launch parties to targeted key customer & stakeholder events
- working with internal stakeholders to identify target audiences, KPIs and advising on style of event that will achieve their business needs
- producing event proposals, sourcing venues and briefing and negotiating with suppliers to produce all elements of each event, on time and on budget
- working with assistants network and stakeholder teams to generate appropriate invite lists, manage end-to-end invitation & RSVP process, and record event attendance
- providing post-event measurement and ROI, making recommendations on on improvements where appropriate
- co-ordinating all event logistics and ensuring the smooth running of events on the day
- working with the in-house catering and concierge team, refine and deliver a robust event management process to facilitate smaller and third-party events
- working effectively with teams and stakeholders across the business to ensure an integrated approach to all events.
- ensuring all events are aligned with the company´s values and brand positioning; safeguarding the reputation and use of the company brand at all times

- a passion for putting on high quality events for a diverse range of stakeholders and topics
- knowledge of how to build a corporate brand and engage audiences through event marketing
- experience managing large and small scale events, ideally within more than one industry, possibly including professional services, banking, legal, property or a corporate events agency
- experience of content development and building an agenda
- knowledge of current event trends
- experience briefing and managing external suppliers and
- the ability to build relationships, establish processes, and bring best practice around event management into the business
- excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, high level of attention to detail
- the flexibility to work hours required for events (early mornings and evenings).
