Our client is a successful, established communications agency who work with hundreds of global brands helping them deliver their communications more effectively- at their heart they are story-tellers. With offices in London and Asia they work with clients across Digital, Web/App development, Corporate Comms, Sustainability and Insights. Based in beautiful offices in South West London, they're a talented and friendly bunch of people made up of 22 different nationalities, reflecting their culturally diverse outlook.

THE ROLE
This is a pivotal role to the performance and overall success of the agency; as the Head of Digital Delivery, you will be directly responsible for a team of 4 digital project managers and work collaboratively with other internal teams within the business. Reporting into the Chief Digital Officer, you will define, deliver and manage digital communications through the digital project management team, leading them to deliver high calibre solutions for clients. Outputs include: Digital strategy, Website/App design and maintenance and Digital Content including social, animation and video.

This is a hands-on role and will suit someone who is willing to get stuck in with day to day delivery as well as the strategic output. You'll work closely with clients ensuring retention and delivery for digital accounts; you'll be the central contact for all internal teams regarding digital solutions. Leading client meetings, identifying new opportunities and developing new processes will all be under your remit.

YOU
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within a digital agency and have in-depth experience delivering sophisticated digital applications including corporate websites, online reports, intratnets/extranets. As well as delivering on present projects your job will be to develop the team and it's remit so an ambitious personality and experience building a team will be useful.

You'll need to be well versed in basic Project Management principals, have experience in digital design and development, including UX, and have strong digital project management skills. It's important that you have previous client facing experience as you won't just be working internally. High-level understanding of digital tech and tools is required including; CMS, email/SMS applications, SEO and hosting licensing arrangements. Just to clarify- this is not a role focusing on digital strategy!
