New Business Executive / New Business Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented New Business Executive / New Business Manager, to come in and work at a leading creative / integrated agency in Central London. 

The New Business Executive / New Business Manager, will be an integral support to both the CEO and the New Business Director in managing on going New business and PR workload for the agency. 

The agency is one of the best, most established advertising agencies in London, and over the last 12 months they've hired very well. 

The New Business Executive / New Business Manager will be focused on managing the reputation of the agency to external parties, including potential clients, intermediaries and industry contacts.

We are looking for a New Business Executive / New Business Manager who is full of energy, passionate about the work and the agency and super organised. The New Business Executive / New Business Manager will work proactively and be a force behind helping to shape the agency's future.

The New Business Executive / New Business Manager will also have great communication skills, working closely with the internal team and the agency at large.

The New Business Executive / New Business Manager will report into the New Business Director, and you'll have a huge chance to learn from some talented people. 

Overall the New Business Executive / New Business Manager will be responsible for New Business and PR administration, and you will help with supporting with New Business and PR communications plan on a yearly basis. 

The New Business Executive / New Business Manager will help with planning overall content for the team. You will be communicating with client teams/ New Biz Director to map out upcoming news and content to be leveraged in all channels. The New Business Executive / New Business Manager will be working with internal teams to also map out social activity each quarter based on the social channel plan. 

The New Business Executive / New Business Manager will work closely with the external PR consultant, supplying relevant briefs and assets to the agency's external PR consultant.

The New Business Executive / New Business Manager will be keeping on top of industry news, summarising key articles & sharing with the wider team, where relevant. You will be keeping New Biz and PR status up-to-date, supporting in the collation and organisation of all the agency's New Business and PR assets including case studies, key campaign info, press releases, team experience etc.

As well as this, the New Business Executive / New Business Manager will oversee and manage the agency's Social channels, their internal and external website, and you'll be responsible for managing the agency's profile on intermediary sites too. 

Last but not least, the New Business Executive / New Business Manager will support on prep for New Business client leads and meetings.
