The SEO Executive will work within the search team to implement search engine optimisation techniques on the agency's client websites.

Primarily focussing on onsite and technical SEO techniques the as the SEO Executive, you will be responsible for generating technical and onsite recommendations for the websites of our clients. You will use your knowledge of SEO to implement industry standard techniques focussed on achieving our clients goals.

You will be required to work across the agencies teams to ensure deadlines are hit and work is completed effectively, and will be required to liaise with Account Managers, Developers, and other team members to be successful in your role.

You will work under the supervision of the Head of Search, however must show initiative and a drive to get the job done. Experience of working in the area of onsite and technical SEO is essential, ideally in an agency environment. A good understanding of the different areas of digital marketing is important, and knowledge of coding principles is desirable.

The role is full-time and based in the Manchester city centre office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

*Use of software tools to review clients websites
*Creation of onsite and technical recommendations to support improving the site search engine presence
*Production of onsite and technical elements of implementation by development teams (both internally and at client)
*Management of the implementation through to successful conclusion
*Contribute to proposals, presentations and pitch documents
*Liaising with agencies development team for site changes
*Ensuring all deadlines are hit both internally and for our clients
*Actively producing new ideas and contribute to the creative culture of the company
*Analyse competitors, research best in class examples and stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and emerging platforms
*Reporting and analysis of all activity
*Contribute written content such as blog posts

●Educated to degree level
●2 years' experience in a SEO related role
●Ambitious and self-starter
●Able to work independently and use creative thinking to solve problems
●Outspoken and an excellent communicator
●A positive attitude to work and willingness to learn
*Software savvy, with a good head for research and analytics to gain the best outcome from our work
●Excellent attention to detail

●Understanding of other digital marketing channels
*Fundamental knowledge of coding
