The agency provides integrated solutions for their clients for some of the best known names in the pharmaceutical industry. These solutions are becoming increasingly complex and the agency strives to give innovative and pragmatic advice to clients.
The Account Director role
As Account Director, you will be the strategic client contact, directing the campaigns and programmes for the client.
- Oversee financial management of all projects, take responsibility for account profitability
- Manage the account team to ensure each person is clear on his/her objectives, striking the right balance between support and autonomy
- Proactively advising the client of outside issues
- Build and maintain key relationships with opinion leaders
- Lead brainstorms to develop strategic direction of the account
- Maintain advisory role to client
- Contribute to new business i.e. pitches and proposals as well as organic growth
- Lead and motivate the team as well as ensuring resource on the account is appropriate and viable
Salary and benefits
Up to £65k depending on skills and experience.
