Are you analytically minded with an interest in advertising? Our portfolio of business websites are looking for an Advertising Operations Executive to join our team, to help our customers make the most of their advertising campaigns.

As the Ad Operations Executive, you’ll be ensuring the efficient uploading of display and recruitment adverts on to Haymarket Business Media’s (HBM) portfolio of leading b2b websites and email bulletins. You’ll be responsible for the full delivery of booked advertising campaigns and for supporting the sales teams and advertisers by producing accurate and timely reports and statistics.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, who will be prepared to go the extra mile in ensuring that our advertisers are provided with the best possible advertising experience across our websites.

Some of the core responsibilities of your role will be to:

  • Check advertising received matches the agreed specifications
  • Test rich media creatives
  • Use third party suppliers and platforms to traffic advertising to HBM websites
  • Design banners, edit skins and wallpaper assets using Photoshop
  • Manage our customer’s advertising campaigns
  • Provide accurate reports on advertising campaigns and give advice on how to improve campaign performance
  • Help implement the introduction of new technologies and procedures to improve processes
  • Work collaboratively and share knowledge with the wider Ad Ops team

 

As Ad Operations Executive you’ll have:

  • A positive attitude and a customer first mentality
  • A detail oriented, analytical and technical approach
  • A strong curiosity to solve problems
  • Knowledge of (or a desire to learn) basic Photoshop skills 
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • An interest in keeping on top of industry trends in online advertising and ad operations
