Senior Ad Operations Executive
A new and exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior Ad Operations Executive to join our broad b2b portfolio of digital brands.
This role has been created to acknowledge the increasing ownership and focus required to support high value portfolios and ever more complex sets of campaign requirements.
You will take direct responsibility for a portfolio of brands.
As Senior Ad Ops Executive, you will be accountable for delivering excellent support for internal staff and superior customer service for advertisers. You must ensure the efficient uploading of display and recruitment ads on to HBM’s websites, email bulletins and Twitter feeds, and ensure full delivery of booked advertising campaigns and support the sales teams and advertisers, producing reports and stats.
You should implement working practices and process that ensure the quality of work delivered meets agreed standards. These standards must be inline with the department codes of practice. You will need to manage conflict when it occurs, and utilise outsourcing to maximise efficiency. Your should continually review and refine processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
In addition to experience delivering campaigns and resolving issues you should have strong organisation and communication skills.
You should be hungry to own and resolve issues, finding smarter solutions and sharing this information with colleagues.
You will be expected to represent the department for your brands, ensuring the department consistently meets business needs.
