We are looking for an experienced marketeer to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men and recently acquired Jack Black… just to name a few!).

Let's Get Down To Business

Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for UK Brand Planning, Agency Relationship (Creative, Online Social, PR & Media), and Social Media Content Creation (Facebook & Instagram). There will be specific focus on evaluating all key marketing activities (advertising, sponsorship and below the line promotions), and extract key learnings and improvement opportunities. Other responsibilities include budget management and reviewing market data.

This role will provide an excellent opportunity for an experienced Brand Management or Brand Activation professional to be responsible for assisting the implementation of brand plans and strategies that maximize the growth opportunities for the segment through a unique understanding of the brand and consumer dynamics in the target geography.

Ideally you will have brand management experience gained within a Consumer Goods/ Cosmetics/ Retail company or even an agency with exposure to FMCG. Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience

  • Marketing experience with exposure to brand planning, BTL, marketing budget and market data analysis)  
  • Background in consumer goods/ cosmetics/ retail  
  • Commercial savvy
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Flexible and able to work autonomously
  • IT proficient (Microsoft Office)
