Account Manager - Creative Agency - London
A fast growing independent creative agency focusing on making their clients' budgets work as hard as possible is currently looking for a new Account Manager to hit the ground running and take charge of some exciting accounts. The agency picked up 18 new clients last year alone and are now starting to be recognised as one of the creative big hitters in agency world. This agency are all about growth and entrepreneurial spirit when you join you're given a 100 day training plan to upskills you in all areas of your account handling skillset. You will be mentored by an Account Director, you will be working very closely with the other departments of the agency, especially having a strong collaboration with the planning and creative teams. This role would suit a self-starter who isn't afraid to be hands on, push ideas through and can easily adapt to working within a fast paced creative agency.
- Working into two Account Directors, you will be seen as an important point of contact for the client working with planning and creative as well as management and development responsibilities for the Account Executive on the account.
- You will be responsible for the general delivery of your assignments, and support the overall client team to ensure the essential smooth running of the account. Aiding with the financial aspects will range from internal forecasting to client budgets.
Is it you?
The agency specialise in creating big ideas without boundaries, from TV to online communities and you will therefore need to have experience through-the-line; TV, online and print essential. This account will have a lot of autonomy and will demand an extremely proactive demeanour and will give the opportunity to shine and develop your skills further. You will be calm and unflappable for a client who may need reassurance and will have a good eye for detail. As Account Manager you will also be coaching and mentoring the Account Executive so experience of management would be beneficial but certainly not essential. A hunger to create tangible, positive brand behaviour to fulfil brand promises is an essential attribute of the candidate as the agency's passionate ethos of taking on big challenges will require an Account Manager with the same drive and beliefs.
