A Senior Creative / Creative Manager, who has excellent design and / or copywriting skills and experience of creating Direct Marketing campaigns, is needed to join an innovative infrastructure group, who are at the forefront of the affordable housing and healthcare sectors. Working from their head office in Bournemouth, expect to lead the creative development and delivery of engaging marketing campaigns.
With a bold vision to solve one of society's biggest issues – the housing and healthcare crisis – this leading infrastructure group invests directly into the delivery of affordable housing and elderly healthcare. Aligning the interests of investors, developers, the NHS, Local Authorities and ordinary people they are providing a long-term, sustainable solution to healthcare and housing in the UK. Due to ongoing success they are now seeking a Senior Creative / Creative Manager to help shape the creative future and quality of output from a full-service in-house collaborative marketing team.
Joining as the Senior Creative / Creative Manager you will be responsible for developing and delivering the creative strategies across the group. Whether you are delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns from conception through to final artwork and completion; writing engaging copy; transforming complex information into simple communications; working closely with in-house designers and visualisers; finding new ways to inspire audiences; supervising photoshoots or monitoring creative budgets, it will be your ability to unlock the creative strengths of colleagues, that delivers inspiring creative campaigns that increase customer engagement and acquisition.
The balance of this role is hands-on 80% / 20% management and you will need to be equally strong with digital and traditional media.
To qualify. You could be a Senior Creative / Art Director / Creative Manager / Creative Communications Manager / Creative Director or similar with a CV and portfolio that demonstrates:
- Experience in a similar creative role creating direct marketing campaigns;
- The ability to continuously produce excellent creative work, you are able to come up with ideas big and small for a range of brands;
- The ability to produce communications that disrupt the status quo and get noticed;
- Commercial awareness and accountability for ROI of creative approaches;
- A natural eye for design, photography and typography;
- Excellent skills with Adobe Creative Suite, CMS and eCRM systems (e.g. WordPress and MailChimp);
- Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of the retirement living, and elderly care sectors isn't a pre-requisite but a genuine interest in property, lifestyle and investment is.
