Creative brand agency with a global client list is looking for a Brand Strategist with 3+ years brand strategy experience.

Creative brand agency working with some of the most successful companies worldwide is looking for a Brand Strategist to join their talented team.  Their business is branding – from strategy and conceptual development through to design and communication anywhere in the world.

A Strategist able to consume, embrace and distil a mass of information formulating clear concepts and new ideas.  Frame insights in clear, compelling language, generate excitement around concepts backed up with solid rationale to support strategic recommendations, and craft convincing stories

Working with global clients from a diverse and exciting range of sectors you will need to truly understand brands and have a strategic sense of how brands grow, and get excited about making them into cultural icons.  You will need tip-top writing skills to bring brands to life, a lively imagination, be plugged into popular culture and inspire those around you.

You should be adept at building strong relationships with clients, keeping everything simple, clear and slick, and really involve them in the process. You have to find ways for old brands to become newly relevant, to stand for something unique and exciting, and find new ways to grow. You will also be good at planning work, running internal teams and contribute to winning new business too.

As a Strategist, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ brands and businesses
  • Convert findings into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Create ‘client ready’ deliverables which present a compelling, fact-based rationale for change
  • Participate in and lead—client workshops and presentations

You are a great fit for this position if you have:

  • 3+ years experience at an agency or management/brand consultancy
  • Capability in core brand strategy disciplines (i.e., positioning and brand architecture)
  • A rigorous, detail-oriented approach, but the ability to think big
  • Passion for branding, design and innovation
  • Effective communications and strong interpersonal skills

We are looking for a brand strategist with 3+ years experience, ideally worked with a recognised brand agency and worked on famous brands.  Strong writing skills are essential together with a passion for creative and innovative brand design.
