It needs a new Account Director for a financial services brand to work with the senior management team to help deliver a broad range of strategic CRM proposals for this high end FS client. You will have at least a year's agency experience as an Account Director to be able to demonstrate the right level of strategic CRM/Customer Experience and business skills. You will be the kind of thorough agency professional who enjoys developing a trusted partnership with clients and you must be able to demonstrate the agency's value to the client and make the agency indispensable to the client.
There is ample scope in this role to make a mark for yourself and would really suit candidates who want a smaller, more agile and dynamic agency, or a change from the large networks.
