I am working with a globally recognised company who are built up of equally recognised sub brands. The company are now undertaking a huge rebrand of each of these sub brands and need a brand savvy, hands on Design Lead to support the Creative Director and Inhouse Creative Team in developing and implementing the new identities.
Currently this vision is being pushed solely by the Creative Director who is very involved in the concept, ideation and implementation process and works with some of London's top branding agencies ensuring brand excellence. The rebrand is of a scale that even though branding agencies are involved in the bigger ideation projects there is a lot of concepting and brand input needed from the in house team too.
As Design Lead you will play a confident mentoring role for more junior members of the team and be critical in driving creative standards across the business, liaising with senior stakeholders and agencies ensuring the vision is understood and realised by both sides. You will work closely with the Creative Director but will also need to be comfortable working autonomously with your team.
