Account Director - Business Development
We are looking for a top-notch Business Developer who is hungry to seek out the optimal business opportunities for marketing agencies and brands across the globe.
Our client is a highly respected consultancy who requires a dynamo team-player to join the group as an Account Director. The company is renowned for providing marketing agencies with the tools and advice to successfully grow their business.
Although marketing is their main focus, they have diversified and used their expertise to work with leading global brands. They have a mega impressive client base and will continue to grow if they find the right person to maintain and promote their amazing work.
You will be allocated a number of key accounts to develop with your team of Account Executives and Account Managers. Therefore, part of your role is to manage and mentor your team as well as manage your relationship with both existing and new clients.
Of course, you will have top-notch presentation skills for pitching to clients and presenting to the senior managers and the Board. Obviously, this won’t phase you in the slightest!!
After in-depth discussions with your client to identify the areas they want to branch into, you will focus on their proposed plan of attack to grow their business. This will involve providing guidance and having to push back if necessary. Your ultimate goal is to ensure the client’s commercial development, and this could mean convincing the client to devise a more strategic and optimal action plan to achieve their end goal.

You will be rewarded with an attractive base salary of £40 - £50k plus a bonus scheme.
