Senior Events Manager needed to build & deliver creative experiential customer events to drive engagement and retention. Wembley based.

Senior Events Manager - Up to £57,000 - North West London

THE COMPANY
You will be working for an emerging brand in the lifestyle rental business in Wembley that is growing fast and backed by a huge property investment and development company.

THE ROLE
You will:
- lead all strategic event planning and oversee its delivery
- execute a wide range of small-scale hosted events and more complex flagship hosted events
- hold regular strategic event project meetings and compile key actions for progression, providing strategic guidance
- work closely with marketing to plan signature events with social content and PR opportunities in mind to aid acquisition - from brief, content, comms, and flawless on-brand delivery
- work closely with the Event Manager and other internal teams in preparing the logistics and on-site event delivery, on schedule, to budget and to brand standard
- set clear financial measures of success for each programme delivered - cost, cost per resident, ROI etc.
- conduct detailed, post-event debriefs, utilising the feedback above to inform the design and execution of future events
- collaborate with key partners to help align brands by complimenting/piggybacking off their activity as well as proactive curation of aligned events/activation's
- manage relationships and partnerships with event agencies, brand partners, talent and other suppliers, ensuring a high standard of operational delivery

You MUST HAVE:
- significant experience in a similar role for a consumer brand where you have demonstrable experience of, and responsibility for, the strategic direction of the brand's events/experiential activity from concept to delivery
- strong operational experience of managing and delivering programmes/events on the ground, management of mass participation events
- be a logical thinker and problem-solver - demonstrate a detailed, planned approach to events. Have the ability to think logistically and make operational decisions on your feet
- the ability to interpret data and make sound commercial decisions, be able to present simply and clearly to stakeholders
- proven experience of team leadership/management and driving performance. A successful history of being a leader, mentor and coach.
