Account Manager / Senior Account Manager wanted for a creative & strategic brand communications agency.

The role is within an independent creative brand agency whose expertise spans branding, strategy, print, digital and motion. Specialists in branding, employee engagement, marketing communications and brand development.

Thriving and established brand agency needs an experienced Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to deliver high quality service and strategic input to their clients whether projects are prominent brand identities, employee engagement or complex brand positioning.

The agency is looking for a commercially-savvy Account Manager / Senior Account Manager who is experienced in managing relationships with clients delivering projects across a range of sectors. Someone that really gets brand and knows how to scope and deliver it, but understands how to deliver different project types (e.g. corporate communications, internal communications, campaign work etc.). B2B experience, sectors to include financial services ideally.

As Account Manager / Senior Account Manager you will deliver a high quality service and ensure that client relationships are nurtured; play a pivotal role in growing client relationships, continuing post project and maintain ongoing dialogue enabling organic growth in the business by developing strong, professional connections.

What they need in an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager:

  • B2B brand comms experience, ideally 4/5+ years across both branding and within broader multi-disciplinary design and communications
  • Highly developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management together with being great at building client relationships
  • Experienced at delivering campaigns across different channels (i.e. print and digital – banner ads, HTML animated ads etc.)
