Chief Marketing Officer, HBM
A fantastic opportunity has opened up within Haymarket Business Media (HBM) for an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer. Haymarket Business Media has transitioned from a predominantly advertising-driven business supported by large, unknown audiences to one that is powered by data collected from specialist, known audiences.
Reporting into the MD, the CMO will lead the transformation of marketing across HBM to drive this accelerated revenue growth from the known audience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic responsibility for all central marketing across recruitment, brands, subscriptions, content labs, awards and professional associations
- Development of metrics used to determine current average user value and growth targets
- Accountability for average user revenue targets
- Development of key performance indicators to underpin known user revenue growth, such as numbers of products bought, lifetime value and retention rates
- Development of new lead-generation strategies, embedding into sales and marketing teams
- Review and optimisation of leads already generated across HBM to improve quality. conversion and value for each lead
- Work with all internal marketing teams, key commercial and telesales heads to support accelerated growth plans
