The Role

The AE will report into a Senior Account Manager and work across a lovely mix of clients and channels. Responsibilities will include:

  • Build relationships with clients by attending face-to-face meetings and be the daily point of contact for clients by telephone and email
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and news – updating the team with findings
  • Create and amend external and internal status reports, time plans; client-meeting contact
    reports
  • Raise job numbers and estimates, managing changes to the budget closely
  • Build an excellent relationship with all internal departments
  • Provide an accurate weekly and quarterly resource forecast
  • Write creative briefs and work closely with traffic and the creative teams to deliver high quality creative and on time
  • Traffic work through the studio
  • Write and research market reports and competitor reviews.

You

  • You’re a recent marketing graduate or an Account Executive with 6-12 months under your belt
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the industry
  • Keen to learn and immerse yourself in your client’s business
  • Mature and organized, with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise work and manage your own time effectively
  • A real team player, adept at building trust and rapport with internal departments
  • Confident communicator both written and verbally
  • Determined, energetic with a can-do attitude and solid work ethic
  • You go the extra mile to ensure the people around you have complete confidence in your ability
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Up to £25k with benefits
