Talent Coordinator wanted in a global creative agency in the heart of London. You will be responsible for the recruitment process across the company from resourcing to meeting candidates and liaising with clients.
- Experience working in recruitment/ resourcing across a company
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Confident personality
- Proficient IT skills
- The ability to negotiate fees
- Manage the entire interview process from start to end
- Great in communication on the phone and face to face
- Able to work to budgets
- Good at sourcing great candidates from online job boards
- Reliable as a point of contact for both clients and contacts
About the role:
As a talent coordinator you will be working closely with the Head of Resources to support the high quality service in recruitment for both our clients and candidates. It will be a very fast paced environment but also very social. Someone with a sense of humour will fit in best. Due to the pace of recruitment, the right person for this role will have a cool and calm approach to intense situations and be a good multi-tasker.
You will have a plethora of personalities to work with on a daily basis and also duties of cross functioning with different teams within the industry so you need to be diplomatic, clear and always ready to stand your ground where necessary.
