Senior Account Manager, London – Up to £40k DOE plus benefits

This big-hitting creative agency are small, but perfectly formed. They're about to celebrate 15 years in the business, which is testament to the great people they have on-board, the long term client relationships they've nurtured and ultimately the incredible work they do. They need a Senior Account Manager to join their close-knit and successfull team.

Their work with brands is highly strategic and creative, delivering communications with an emphasis on up-weighting the emotional messaging to achieve deeper engagement. Are you a Senior Account Manager that wants to be part of this culture?

This agency has a brilliant opportunity for a passionate and driven Senior Account Manager with skills including:

  • Working closely with their wider client services team as well as internal and external creative resource
  • Promotional ideas (Guaranteed Gift With Purchase, Prize Draws, Instant Wins)
  • Entertainment and lifestyle partnerships
  • Developing creative toolkits (working closely with the local markets to ensure they all stay on track)
  • Shopper activation (On-pack, POS, trade sell-in decks)
  • Integrated ideas (either developing or overseeing other agencies to develop activity e.g. digital and social that use the ‘big idea’ the agency have defined)

This Senior Account Manager will have experience such as:

  • Around 5 years’ experience in an agency, working across multiple accounts/projects/campaigns managing several work streams at the same time (shopper and international experience would be great, but not mandatory)
  • Competent at the fundamental skills of account handling including design briefs, scoping/estimates, budget management, timing plans, contact reports
  • The ability to take responsibility and the initiative to drive briefs forward in a small team
  • Feeling comfortable speaking with clients and third parties with support from the more senior members of the team
  • Being proficient in Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Being personable, friendly and confident, with a sunny/collaborative disposition
