B2B Marketing Manager - Up to £50,000 - London

Our client is the market leader in Employee Benefits, Incentives, and Expense Management. Their services are used by top FTSE companies down to thousands of SMEs.

Based in Central London you will be part of a fast paced and energetic marketing team that encourages training and development, and recognises personal achievements, innovation and creativity. You will be empowered to make a significant impact on demand generation by working with the wider team to plan and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation and sales throughout the full funnel. Key responsibilities include:

- strategic campaign planning to build the brand and profile and drive demand
- work with the marketing and wider commercial teams to implement and deliver
innovative and results-focused acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns across multiple channels (owned, paid, and earned)
- plan and implement highly effective email and marketing automation programmes through Salesforce and Watson Campaign Engagement
- slice, dice, and analyse data to create a segmented approach to drive engagement across multiple audiences and buyer personas
- facilitate the development of multi-channel thought leadership content, case studies, blogs, guides, research, webinars, video and events
- work with sales teams on Account Based Marketing initiatives
- support the sales and account management teams by providing innovative, digital sales content
- continually test, measure and report campaign and programme performance and evolve actions based on learning

- a good understanding of marketing strategy and keen digital awareness, tech-savvy
- experience delivering engagement and lead generation across multiple channels, including email, automation, search, social, PR, and paid media
- strong ability to develop campaign messages and propositions is a must, including a demonstrable high standard of copywriting, with an excellent ability for storytelling, structure, spelling, grammar, and understanding of style, tone of voice and audience
- experience using CRM, data and email marketing/automation systems Salesforce and Watson Campaign Engagement useful, but not essential, but understanding of CRM, email and marketing automation programmes is important
- analytical and always looking at insight that will drive and improve performance
- basic to intermediate HTML will be required
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred
