They are seeking a motivated sales professional who is able to drive incremental sales in to
existing  commercial partners. The successful candidate will be able to engage new audiences
beyond the current relationships and identify and sell to opportunities that exist within new areas of existing customers. In addition the successful candidate will be able to run successful 'product led sales campaigns' identifying and closing new sales for under-penetrated products.

How you will contribute:
•    Create qualified opportunity pipeline through extending existing relationships, matching client needs
•    Generate revenue across the group
•    Work closely with other  commercial teams to ensure high-quality proposal and project implementation
•    Work closely with editorial analyst team to engage sales opportunities with a strategic and
consultative approach
•    Work with Publishing Director and Sponsorship Director to develop, implement and adhere to personal business plan
•    Prepare regular sales reports, noting calls made per month, sales invoiced, pipeline, monthly, quarterly, and end year forecasts
•    Keep up to date with the competitive marketplace
•    Exceed revenue targets and achieving monthly sales call quota within the territory
•    Expand the client base and broadening existing clients’ product profile
•    High quality management and servicing of existing accounts
•    Strong knowledge of the company offering, capabilities and editorial principles

Experience, skills and professional attributes
The ideal skills for this role are
•    Experience along with an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
•    Solid experience with a proven track record of selling strategic research and content programs to CLevel and Director Levels
•    Solid experience in selling information & intelligence solutions to corporations, governments and non-profits
•    Understanding of business trends, global affairs and macroeconomic principals
•    A proven track record in new business development and experience closing complex six figure deals
•    The confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority
•    An ability to thrive upon expectation and exposure
•    Excellent technical and software skills (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, etc.,)
•    You are experienced and comfortable selling to C-Suite and Director level executives
•    Attention to detail and an enthusiasm for new ideas and challenges
•    A Willingness to travel and ability to organize trips effectively
•    The ability to influence and communicate with colleagues in other offices, both nationally and globally
•    Excellent relationship building and communication skills along with strong written and verbal skills
•    Ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, persistent cold caller and goal-driven
•    Consummate collaborator within a team framework. Consultative sales experience highly desirable
