Well-loved British fashion brand is looking for a Creative Traffic Coordinator to join their well-stocked, in-house Creative Studio and be the main point of contact for all marketing briefs received by creative services.
Working closely with, and supporting the Creative Services Director, this person will manage the workflow of all creative assets through the Brand Creative team and be responsible for the resource allocation within this team, ensuring that campaigns and projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
We’re looking for someone who will review and evaluate all BAU briefs, making sure they are comprehensive and complete before passing on to the creative studio. You’ll be responsible for preparing and running the daily creative meetings and planning, scheduling and allocating the creative resource for each project. As such, you’ll need to be highly organised and adept at facilitating strong communication between all stakeholders.
This role would really suit someone who has previous experience working in a similarly fast-paced Studio and is capable of working calmly with acute attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate:
Previous experience in a creative traffic management role.
Confident in a creative environment, ensuring that the right level of design resource is allocated for each and every project.
Significant experience using an internal project management system – any familiarity with Workfront would be highly beneficial.
Confident putting together weekly reports to give a clear overview of project status.
Fashion/retail brand knowledge is a real advantage.
